Free Lemonade!

The girls enjoyed their first day of VBS and afterwards they went to Aunt Natalie's house. They were told during VBS that they would be collecting money for schools in India during the week so they decided to have their own fundraiser. They drew and colored a sign that said: Free Lemonade! Donations accepted for India Schools. Mariners Church VBS. Then they stood on the corner of a street in Natalie's neighborhood and yelled "Free Lemonade". They had quite a few people stop and get lemonade and they were able to collect $18. They were very proud of themselves and we were proud of them too. After the fundraiser we went back to Natalie's and had a delicious dinner and then the girls enjoyed eating ice cream cones. It is so fun to spend time with our family.

Are you kidding me? It might just be because I know and love all those girls, but who could turn down cuteness of that level? I LOVE IT! They will remember stuff like this for the rest of their lives! Have I mentioned that I L-O-V-E that you have a blog?

It is so wonderful to get our children involved in helping others especially in this "I want..." world! Great job supporting them!
