Here she is excited to open her presents.
Here are a few of the presents she got. She really wanted her own camera and since it was a tradition in my family to get a camera when we turned 8 I just had to get her one. She also got her very first pearl necklace from Grandma and Grandpa Ferrell. They purchased them while they were in China and Peyton is so excited to wear them.

Grandma and Grandpa Cardon came and took Peyton to Coldstone Creamery. She loved her Pink Lemonade Sorbet and she also loved the money they gave her (she really wanted money so that is what they gave her.)
That night she had a birthday party with all of her girl cousins that live around here and her good friend Rachel from school. They ate pizza, painted a craft, painted their toenails (with a beautiful flower done by Aunt Ashley), and made their own home made ice cream. They had such a fun time and I was worn out by the end of it.
On Sunday all of the Ferrells who live around here got together for family dinner and celebrated Peyton and her cousin Makenna's birthday. Here is the cake that Peyton made with Grandma Ferrell. She decorated it with some of her Littlest Pet Shops.
We are so grateful that Peyton is our daughter and we are so proud of her. She is such a wonderful girl who is so kind, loving, honest, and smart. We can't wait until she gets baptized next month. We love you Peyton. Happy Birthday.
