Happy Birthday Mom!
My mom's birthday was June 14th and my family got together for dessert to celebrate. I told my mom that I would make anything she wanted for her birthday and she chose a homemade ice cream cake. I have only made one of these in my life so I was a little nervous that it wouldn't turn out but it was great (thanks again Jennifer for your blog on how to make it). Everyone loved it and we had a great time eating it together. Happy Birthday Mom! You are the best.

Yay! I'm so happy she chose that for her cake! I sure love your mom and have many great memories of her, especially swimming together. Wish we lived close and could hang out from time to time. Happy Birthday Aunt Liz!
